To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) with qualifications in construction and/or real estate who can responsibly support prospective buyers and owners in the purchase or sale of apartments and houses.
How you can get involved
- Record residential properties in detail in terms of building law and construction technology
- Obtain and create missing property documents
- Check and create living space calculations
- Create informative property descriptions
- Coordinate the production of marketing tools (video, virtual home staging, 360° tour, exposé, etc.)
- Perform valuations in accordance with ImmoWertV
- Advise owners on marketing and pricing strategies
- Conduct on-site viewings with interested parties
- Provide technical advice to interested parties
- Moderate price and contract negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Commission the notarized preparation of draft purchase agreements and coordinate their content
- Accompany notary appointments
- Manage and record property handovers
